Our Breeding Department is populated with employees whose mind is set on one thing only: to create new varieties. The aim is set by our product managers, but it is up to our breeders to get nature to cooperate.

They need the patience of a monk, the faith of a true Darwinist, the skills of an experienced scientist, the luck of a lotto winner. Plus all the help they can get from

their advanced equipment, enhanced technology and carefully controlled trial grounds.

Given the odds, it is really amazing to see how often they succeed in their seek for new varieties. They are definitely born & bred breeders.
